is this safe going outside?

Hi friend this your fried subhankar ,welcome to one more blog ,one of my friend ask can going out at this moment ?
everybody know at this moment we struggling with corona virus ,not only we are ,all over the world having same problem for this situation,but  some personally work also we have ,that reason where ever you go quickly and stay there ,because there is safe environment ,because people are conscious at this moment.and also Government also applying 144 rules ,OK so my request to all of you don't go outside at this moment because for your safety ,and dont make a noise dont create panic situation at this moment ,we are facing 4th world war,stay safe in your home ,and if you are good leader then do one thing  ,all meantto live in a peaceful way
